How hire works

Call or email with your lift requirement, site location and start date. We’ll confirm availability and send a hire agreement.

Equipment delivered to your workshop by HIAB or palletised carrier. Delivery charges are confirmed at time of booking.

Weekly and monthly rates available. Extend at any time by calling us. Equipment is yours to use as needed throughout the hire period.

Let us know when you’re finished and we’ll arrange pick-up at a time that suits. Collection charges confirmed at booking.

Questions

The standard minimum hire period is one week. A 5-day short hire is available on selected equipment — contact us for details and availability.
We recommend at least 3–5 working days’ notice to confirm availability and arrange logistics. For urgent requirements, call us directly — we will always try to accommodate where stock is available.
A refundable security deposit is required on all hire agreements. The amount depends on the equipment and hire duration. Full details are set out in the hire agreement sent at booking confirmation.
Call us immediately. We will provide telephone support in the first instance. If the fault cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange a swap or site visit as quickly as possible. Faults due to fair wear and tear are covered at no charge; damage caused by misuse is the hirer’s responsibility under the hire agreement.
Yes. Rolling monthly hire is available and can be a cost-effective alternative to purchase for workshops with variable workloads. Contact us to discuss long-term hire pricing, which may differ from the standard monthly rate published above.
Yes, we cover the full UK mainland. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and islands may incur a delivery surcharge — ask when enquiring. Delivery and collection charges apply to all hire bookings and are confirmed at the time of booking.
